Not only the Wazirpur Area but residents of all over Delhi are aware of laborious, modest, gentle and creative youth called Dr. MAHENDER NAGPAL. Belongs to a highly prosperous family Dr. Nagpal completed his higher education as LL.B. and Ph.D. on a burning point of country i.e. "The Problem of Hung Parliament in India". No Doubt, he is inherited with supreme principle, patriotism, social and religious sentiments. Moreover, he was deeply moved to see the injustice and discriminations against backwards, dalits, poor and slum dwellers.

During his schooling, he decided to mitigate widespread social, economical and religious evils from the society. He made many important plans & implement them successfully for the upliftment of poor and slum dwellers, & for that he got many rewards from several organizations.

Dr. Nagpal is highly influenced by the ideology of SANGH, & he feels proud to be a SEVAK of SANGH. This virtue made him give true affection to the pain stricken people and also he feels specification in solving their acute problems. He is equipped with very special qualities of giving equal rank to all classes and communities, making harmonious relation between administration and people, & marching with even small working comrades.
